Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged upon reservation.  In case of cancellation or change of dates of your booking, Casa el Morro have the right to charge a penalty fee as follows:

• More than 1 month before arrival:  no penalty fee (hotel has the right to keep paid deposit of 50%)
• More than 14 days before arrival: 60% of total
• From 13 days to 7 days before arrival: 25% of total + paid deposit (50%)
• 6 days before arrival: 75% of total + 1 night
• No show (3 days or less before arrival) or early departure: 100% of total

We don´t accept bookings of three nights in high seasons (please contact us before booking)
